Sheila is a lab manager with the Bishop Lab. She had attended the University of Washington where she completed a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication. Prior to joining UCSF, she had worked, as a clinical research associate with the Center for Child Health, Behavior, and Development at the Seattle Children’s Research Institute. She has experience running research studies investigating social-communication and physiological characteristics in children ASD as well as conducting clinical assessments. Sheila is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) and member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) as of 2017. Additionally, she received her Master of Public Health from the University of San Francisco in 2019 with a concentration in clinical research and policy.
